Can I place a phone order?
Yes, we would be glad to take a phone order. Refer to our contacts page - Monday through Friday, EST, between 9:00am and 5:00pm
Ordering from another country?
We can ship to any country in the world! and keep the following in mind:
All payments must be made in US funds preferably credit cards
Shipping and Handling fees will likely be greater than the standard fees.We will inform you of the new fee upon receiving your order
You will be responsible for paying any additional import charges, duties, or taxes to the carrier when your order is delivered.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders made strictly according to our size chart can be cancelled prior to shipping. Orders custom made cannot be cancelled because they are specifically made according to the measurements of your child, and will fit no one else. Defective items can be returned for replacement or repair and will be sent back to the buyer at our cost.
I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 72 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Can I return an item?
Jeeny Beans is happy to accept returns or exchanges, subject to the following conditions. All merchandise returns must be within 15 days from date of purchase.
* Return requests must be made within 15 days from date of order.
* All returns require an authorization number.

Please note the reason for the return. Jeeny Beans will reply with an authorization number and instructions.
* Return Authorization number must be included inside the box.
* All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.) Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.
*A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchange. A restocking fee will also be charged for any package that is returned to us, refused by the intended recipient.

Can I return items that do not fit because of improper measurements?
While making the garment sometimes we improperly measure, and we are responsible for our mistakes. If you received an item which we improperly measured, you may return that item and we will make another and ship at no cost. If you improperly measured, we cannot be held responsible, therefore, we cannot overemphasize the importance of your measuring correctly according to the "How to Find Your Size" guide. If you mismeasured, we will do everything we can to alter, (if possible) the item for a low fee, plus shipping.

Why did prices change?
It's hard to always stay on top and once in awhile a mistake or error may take place in putting together our website...In the unlikely event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to change our prices.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
The State of Michigan asks that a 6% sales tax is applied to any items purchased from Jeeny Beans.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Because we make your clothes to order, please allow a 7 day time to produce a single item order. If you ordered two or more items, it may take 10 to 14 days to complete. The standard shipping time for orders shipped via USPS ground is 5-10 days, so your order for 1 item should arrive in 12-17 days, and maybe 18 to 21 days or large orders.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via USPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order.
